I do personal training with Dolores 1-2 times a week and iv done her nutritional programmes. She fantastic at her job and so knowledgeable. When I started with her I and no idea about food / nutrition, I was struggling with exercise and confidence post spinal surgery recovery. She helped me transform into someone who LOVES my sessions has lost 1 stone 3 lbs (and still going) while still fueling my body correctly. Iv gained so much strength in my body from working with her. She always pushes me in training but always making sure its done correctly, and that we look after ourselves. She is always the best fun and so motivating and helpful. Couldn't recommend her enough.
